And just to be fair since you all are sharing and show off a little, I'll show you all what I sewed as a Christmas gift for my husband's grandmother! It's a peppermint candy table runner. I found this pattern in a Stitch Gifts magazine from a year or so ago. It was so easy and quick to make, with a little bit of fusible applique!
